I roam a peaceful country lane
in quiet solitude
absorbed in natures calm refrain
and steady fortitude
It's here between wide open plains
and clear far reaching sky
where life's relaxing pace sustains
the ideals I live by
Out West on rich and fertile soil
my home will always be
and on this land my hands will toil
ever contentedly
