Human beings on their daily lives always produce toxin in their body. It is how nature goes and it is unavoidable. Toxin is a byproduct from metabolism. In order to live human need to metabolize which convert air and glucose into energy and some byproduct that we call toxin. Despite the danger of toxin, there is no methods that can remove the toxin completely from our body, we just have to live with that. However, when the amount of toxin in our body accumulated until it reach a level which will endanger your body, we have to do something to remove some of them. It is very important to maintain the amount of toxin in our body in order to maintain our healthy live. Actually our body have a mechanism to remove some toxin from our body. This mechanism is well known as excretion system. Using the excretion system the body will remove some toxins from our body. The excretion system use urine, feces and sweats to get rid the toxins from our body. This three methods are the natural ways to get rid toxins from the body.
Although urine and feces can remove some amount toxins from your body the amount of urine and feces are limited to the substances that enter your body especially from the foods you eat and the liquid you drink. If you want to increase the amount of urine and feces that come out from your body, your body will suffer some unwell conditions. Diferent from urine and feces, although the amount of toxins removed by sweat are not as many as those from urine and feces, you can force more toxins to come out from your body as you increase the sweat to come out from your body. Sweat can remove toxin from your body, the more you sweat the more the amount of toxin removed from your body. The perspiration is a result of human metabolism. So if you want more sweat you must increase the metabolism rate of your body. Two of easiest ways to increase your metabolism rate are exercise and using external methods like the sauna.
Sweating is very good for your body, as far as it is adequate. Please note that every excessive body activities will result negatively to the body. When you sweat the toxin will come out from your body, and moreover when the sweat come out it will come out from the pores all over your body. It will brings the dirts trapped inside the pores to came out with the sweats. That is why after you sweating from sauna or a good exercise you should wash your body with clean fresh water.
