How do you bring out that radiant and youthful glow to your skin without the cost of expensive surgery? You begin by taking care of your body from the inside out!

In order to really care for your skin and bring out that healthy glow, you need to begin by hydrating your skin. This means that you should try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. Not only is drinking plenty of water wonderful for your skin, it is a natural detoxifier. It flushes out toxins and impurities in your body which can cause pre-mature aging and numerous illnesses.

The sun can also be very damaging to your skin. Too much of the ultraviolet rays can cause skin cancer and wrinkles over time. It's very important that you use sunscreen at all times when you are exposed to the harsh rays of the sun. Whether you are wearing it under your makeup or while you are skiing in the winter, don't forget to cover your skin.

Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! There are some great products out there for your skin. Make sure your moisturizer is packed with vitamin E as well as vitamin C and A. These vitamins will help block some of the suns radical rays.

Don't smoke and stay away from it. Have you ever ran into someone that you haven't seen in years and they are smokers? You will notice that their skin looks dry and that they've aged beyond their years. Nicotine is deadly to your body and your skin.

Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Without it your body can't regenerate and stay healthy. Everyone needs a minimum of 6-8 hours of sleep.

When it comes to your makeup, it's important to use a cleanser at night to remove it. You should also clean your brushes and replace everything within three months.

Exercise and eat healthy. Make sure you are getting plenty of fruits and vegetables. If you aren't, take a multivitamin. Not only is this good for your skin, it will give you the energy that you need to get through the day!

Avoid drinking soda. It dehydrates your body and is also hard on your teeth. Your healthy youthful glow can be overshadowed by the yellow stained teeth. It's unflattering and very unhealthy.

Remember that you have only one life and one body. What you do now will affect your body for the rest of your life. It's never too late to try and turn back the hands of time!
