Sadness has fallen upon me without you in my life, did you know you were more than just my wife,
My lover, my best friend, I never gave a thought to the end,
Now you're gone, and I'm alone, can't even talk to you on the phone,
Even a drive, isn't the same, as the grandkids would say, it's pretty lame,
I have missed you more, and more, as the year has gone by, I fight each tear, not to cry,
I lay down my head with sweet memories of you, If only... I knew,
Our time together though short but sweet, life with you was such a treat,
Please wait for me up there above, my wife, my true love,
For when my day comes, I wish to meet, the once young girl who knocked me off my feet,
I loved you my dear without a doubt, now life alone is what I must figure out.

A LETTER TO MY WIFE ON MOTHERS DAY
My Darling, I have a confession to make. I have lived, these 53 years with a magician.
WHERE ARE YOU?
You show me such indifference,
refusing to share your life.
Where's the woman I love?
What happened to my wife?
