You'll find them almost everywhere you go
the ones who seem to constantly annoy
who'll take away your sense of peace and joy
replacing it with anger, dread and woe
They niggle at you 'til you overflow
with strong emotions that reflect their own
regardless of the tolerance you've shown

meet all their aggravations with a grin
choose to be calm and free from discontent
When careless words conspire to bring you down
relax, it's easier to smile than frown
