Always moving, always changing
Drowning in chaos, frantically spinning
Tearing me to pieces, I'm all alone
No one to trust, no place to call home
Then there's only the silence of defeat
So the song goes, I'm slip sliding away
It's always the same, I bend till I break
But I'm stronger than this. I'll be ok.

Scourging whips and lashing tongues.
Betrayal from a cherished friend,
where will all the heartache
by Carol Gioia
Weary and downtrodden,

by Bobby Coles

Seems as though you're in a self-induced prison
Nowhere to turn to, nowhere
