Oh to ride a wild mare
across an open plain
to feel the wind rush through my hair
to run without restrain
Oh to be the wind carnate
and stir a raging storm
to cause the ocean to inflate
to have strength to transform
Oh to be a swelling sea
to chop and change at will
a tidal wave when it suits me
then calm, quiet and still
Imagination takes me there
so swiftly and with ease
in here I can be anywhere
and anything I please
As long as I have breath in me
have fire deep inside
my thoughts will wander wild and free
and on them I will ride
