Green man, green man may your spirit be light
catch me, catch me as I race through the night
Green, green man wrapped in forest threads
can you find me, love,
amongst the flower beds?
Green man, green man wild one running free,
I'll call to you while the earth is new,
will you run with me?

A creature to keep in captivity
