Poetry: Ancient cities

by Hector-Arturo Ruiz

Created on: April 05, 2009

Gone away, it's no more, that grand city.

With all it's bright lights and city noises.

The people went away, they thought they would stay.

There's nothing here now.

It's just rocks and rubble.

No more ancient city, no more, never again.
