Sunset on a Stormy Day
Dark clouds fill the skies
Chasing away the bright sunlight
Our world we see covered over dark clouds now here
The rains a drop or two becomes a down pour
Hurry inside we're getting wet
Outside its coming down as hard as can be
The rains the winds I cannot stand
Step back wait it out
Yet my the radiant sunset glistens the skies
The rains the winds rages on
Sunset continues its glorious power
Covering the northern skies
Orange red colors hovers above peering through the darkened clouds
This stormy day I watch and watch till all was gone
The sunset on a stormy day
