Is She Fantasy or Will She be the Reality?

Who is the female role model of the future? Physically she will have a fit, strong physique. Proud of her feminine curves she will not be averse to showing the toned muscles her active lifestyle gives her. You will see her walking with her head held high, purpose in her step. Her hair will have the sheen that a healthy diet promotes. Makeup will be kept at a minimum a clean, fresh face is what she presents to the world. Her clothes, casually draping her body, will have a classic, timeless look basic colors to mix and match.

The woman of the future will have strong ethics and the confidence to be an activist in supporting her cause. She will volunteer her time to issues surrounding the environment, social services, and education. This woman will know the value of giving back to the community and the importance of sharing that with her family. She will not be afraid to fight for what she wants but will still be able to retain her femininity.

Sounds too good to be true? Not really. All of this you can achieve, if you don't already possess many of these qualities. Leading an active lifestyle and following a healthy diet is already on the rise with the female population. Once you have those two things as part of your daily routine, a fresh face and toned body will come into play.

Everyone believes in something, you have to decide if you have enough passion for your beliefs to speak about them with confidence and carve out some time to volunteer. If you don't have the confidence, educate yourself on the subject in order to speak confidently about it. We are examples to our children. Once they see you give back with enthusiasm they will join you and pass it on to their children.

Fight for your beliefs with compassion and passion. At times you may have to show a harder side to yourself but never lose the softer side. Welcome to the not too distant future!
