My answer is yes, and before anyone tries to crucify me, I am an AA female.

The reason I answer yes in this manner is simple. The differences in intelligence levels have nothing to do with skin color, but with the treatment of certain groups of African Americans. In the poorer sectors, information is coming to light about the harm and irreparable damage being done to children who take the regular childhood vaccines required by school systems, such as MMR and the Polio drops.

I am of the heartfelt and super-paranoid belief that tainted versions of vaccines have been injected into these communities for years, and went unsupervised and unchecked. The reason I believe this is based on past experience and because I grew up in an entirely different Black America, where it was unequivocally proved that blacks did not have lower IQ's than other races.

As times have gone on, however, there have been increasing instances of lack of motivation, of carelessness, of wanton juvenile behavior and of lackadaisical attitudes toward schooling and society in general at unprecedented rates in our communities. Lowered intelligence in certain races is not inherited or inborn, it is not a matter of breeding or skin color, or ethnicity, sometimes, it's not even a matter of environment-nature versus nurture. I believe it is intentionally orchestrated and injected.

This lack of intelligence amongst the black race was not a huge problem when I was growing up; it was mostly a myth perpetrated on society to inflame issues amongst the powers-that-be about who was deserving of being treated as a higher intellect and who was not. It did happen, on occasion, that some black person was "slow," but it was rare and was no more prevalent in blacks as it was in any other race. There were "slow" kinds of all races.

I am and will always remain highly suspicious that the supposed "lower" intelligence rates overtly displayed in some communities is because these children have been required to take school shots and polio drops that are not only harmful to the average person in the non-black population. but more than likely they are a result of shipments of "bad [tainted] batches" of medications intentionally given by neighborhood hospitals, clinics and primary caregivers-people who may or may not be aware of it.

If the saying is true that when some races are in a recession, others have already entered a depression; then the likelihood of this kind of thing happening prior to this time in black communities is not only very high, but highly likely and may have been going on in greater proportions (2-3 times) for a longer period of time. I am almost willing to bet money on focus and collegiate studies that will find this to be true, but money is something I have never had in my possession to bet with.
