Is Bush-bashing unpatriotic

Yes, it is unpatriotic. President Bush has much to deal with during his administration. Unfortunately, most have forgotten September 11th and how many died. President Bush did what he needed to do to protect us all. He did not follow polls. He went with his gut. Plus, a war was waged by the Democrats with the "chads", and "political correctioness. Yet, since Obama has been elected how many scandals have been brushed under the rug. Could it be that the liberal media is tied in with the Democrats? Republicans are protrayed as the rich and famous. Yet, Republicans believe in the American Dream of hard work and determination.

He did not have an agenda as President, or ask for September 11th to occur. When that happened, everything changed. Since then, we have not had another September 11th. I believe in Freedom of Speech and the right to speak your mind. Yet, while people where Bush-bashing the world was looking and laughing.

Of course, the running joke was President Bush's trouble with speaking. I would rather have a President who speaks from his gut than a President who tells the people what he thinks they want to hear.

During Presdient Bush's term, many of us prosperped. Of course, many took it upon themselves to live off their equity. That was not President Bush's fault. During his term, I saw personally, many living a life they would have never dreamed of. Yes, perhaps it was a fantasy in their mind, but no one forced them to take out that line of credit that they could no way pay back.

Our troops, whether you believe in the war or not, are sacrificing their lives everyday for us. Bush-bashing is bashing these brave men and women. I am sure the Iraqi people are better off then before. I know I would not want to live under the regime of Saddam. Yes, these people will have to struggle and it will not happen overnight. Yet, didn't the same occur in our country only a short time ago. The Civil War, Martin Luther King was a man who stood up for what he believed in and thanks to him life has become better for many.

President Bush was our President. President Obama is our President now. But, for some reason if someone disagrees with him the race card is called in. I am sure there are plenty of prejudice people in the United States, but there are many that are not. We Americans have donated so much to so many less fortunate then us. We want opportunity for all. What we do not want is people thinking that America is a place that you can get a free ride at the expense of other's hardwork.
