Columbus, Ohio is a diverse mid-western city located in the central part of the state. The metropolis of Columbus offers sections and neighborhoods full of culture, tradition, and down-home fun for all family members to enjoy. Notable is that Columbus has a bit of everything for the indoors, the outdoors, the naturalist, the historian, and the adventurist, making this quickly growing city an entertaining place to explore.

Amusement Parks:

Fort Rapids:
For those thrill-seeking families, Columbus has an array of amusement parks to visit, offering entertainment for all months of the year. Fort Rapids boasts of an indoor water park with slides, pools, and gentle rapids for all ages to splash upon. In addition, mini-golf, bowling, gold mining, and airbrushed tattoos are all part of this family-friendly attraction. Magic Mountain:
Magic Mountain is the mecca of interactive family fun in Columbus, Ohio, with a plethora of indoor and outdoor activities spanning from arcade games to laser tag. Go Karts for all ages are available, along with adventure golf, bumper boats, and batting cages. Magic Mountain has on-site cafes and buffets for those families who work up an appetite.

Columbus is the home to the Center of Science and Industry (COSI), which begins its allure with the perk of affordable daily passes and rates to exhibits. COSI offers live shows and demonstrations, allowing children to inquire through hands-on learning in various investigations such as; optical illusions, the science of combustion, electricity, and more... Another highlight of the COSI experience, is the Extreme Screen Theater documentaries and explorations that combine high-definition screens with scientific discovery. Families can take in a day of inquiry and learning, benefiting from scientific discovery together.

Perkins Observatory:
To further the scientific exploration, families can visit the Perkins Observatory for solar viewings, special astronomy programs, and weekend programs about the universe and beyond.

Santa Maria:
