The Ocean
Endless, like my love, like the passing days without you by my side.
The Sand
Burning, against my skin, like my desire to hold you now
The Sun
Cruel, Unrelenting, but yet it is this very sun
The sun that gives us warmth, light
And above all, hope.
I throw a stone across the blue sea, cursing softly.
I sigh at lovers holding hands as they stroll along the beach.
I turn to leave now, my back turned to the salty wind
It was here that we met, shared so much...
And here now where I will say goodbye to you.
Casting away my love like a stone
Sinking to the bottom of the sea.

right past the
I want to spend a day at the beach,
building tall castles in the white sand.
I want to gather colorful seashells,
hold them
