Your Touch
As close as my shadow, I feel your allure,
As soft as a whisper, your gentleness endures.
As silent as a dewdrop, as established as a season,
Your love twines round forever,
With, and without reason.
As bright as a sapphire, and the shimmering of pearl,
As brilliant as a moonbeam, you ignite my world.
As vibrant as a rainbow, as scented as the sun,
Your blessings never end,
For they are never done.
As fragile as a teardrop, I surrender to your touch,
As emotive as the wind, your caress commands so much.
As intended as a sunrise, as heady as deep night,
Your touch fills up my hollows,
A firestorm of bright.
