in the darkness
there is light,
but u must look hard
for the light is not bright.
although some say
it's just a waste of time,
they have wasted there lives
but there not wasting mine.
cause I believe in that saying
"there is a little good in everything",
like in the night things lurk,
and during the day birds sing.
joy is only where u find it,
night or day,
though they say night is 4 criminals,
the place where fools play.
in the darkness things are hidden,
does that make these things bad,
or just a title that is given,
to the things that some can't have.
or 4 that fact understand,
tell me do u even try,
don't just sit there and shrug your shoulders,
learn the answer to the question why.
or do u think by chance,
all people are just like u,
then u are living in the dark ages,
and what u believe is not quite true.
in the darkness there is love,
affection and things that care,
even more take the time,
look and see what is really there.
don't close your eyes and assume,
4 you might start 2 weep,
open your eyes see what's there,
try not 2 fall asleep.
stay aware of what could happen,
don't be surprised at what u can't see,
because there are many things in the darkness,
including who I be.
so u must take that trip,
I promise u will be astound,
u might even find yourself,
4 that is where I was found.
in the darkness I stand alone,
though I do not stand afraid,
of the bull that always happens,
because it's just the life I've made.

Come Closer...
I
Come closer, lean, and listen
To the voices in my head
That speak of instigating life
And whisper things I
A CROW'S HEART
Shadows move among them,
amorphous like the wind
whispering in tranquility,
and twittering in unison
A Dark Place
Take me to a dark place
Where we can stay for a while
Let’s sit and talk for a while
About nothing
And everything
All He Wanted (A special Little Boy)
In dark places, a pill a day
Was his only hay
A sip of water
Be all he could handle
He never
The room is so quiet, empty. I'll sit facing the fire while the cold stings my back like a thousand needles attempting
