Songs: Breaking up

by Mitchell Beanland

Created on: April 01, 2009

An ocean, seperates you and me.
An ocean apart, no horizon,
as far as I can see.
Curse the love that blinded me.

Salvation seems so far, Across the sea.
If you were honest with yourself, it would set you free.

The warmth we shared. Now is frost!

GONE! Everything you took for granted.
Now my hearts not there to break your fall.
The sea between us proved to much.
Nothing to salvage from the wreck.

I'm always drowning just to get you.
I'm left holding to on.
To a cause, thats getting lost.
I breathe in.
And drown again!

Away from me you are swept,
embraced by the turning tide.
Your sinking heart to keep you alive.

Another tradgedy, another love lost at sea.
Now your ways won't drag me down ANYMORE!

I tried to brave the sea,
but my heart has always guided me,
so now you know,
I gave this my all.
I can't swim the sea to you afterall!
