Ways to enjoy nature and benefit from its healing properties

Just step out into nature, maybe your garden or that park nearby equipped with your digital camera and maybe that ipod to capture those wonderful moments in nature to carry back with you and contemplate in future. Feel and see those beautiful flowers giving so much to others, hear the sounds of the chirping of birds and the sound of that emptiness. Allow your nose to experience the fragrance of those flowers. Be one with nature, feel it , enjoy it and feel real transformed

Let not routine rule your life and push back the importance of time. Your only commitment is with nature, so enjoy it. Feel nature as you go out for a leisurely walk, trek, or just play a game. Just keep a notepad and pen with you to write down all the good feelings you are experiencing. Put away any other thoughts on the future appointment lists. Attend to it when you are free after you feel and enjoy nature.

Find time for that wonderful activity to pick up those flowers, leaves and stones. Just feel them, experience the beauty of their creation, enjoy the uniqueness and just realize how precious these little things are to us. Try walking gently and softly on the grass, feel the place as you walk and think you are in harmony with nature. You are sure to find that transformation in yourself.

When in nature, be with it, do not allow that depressing thoughts and worries to find a place in your mind. Eat well, dress well in comfortable and clean clothes and feel comfortable. Experience how simple nature is and smile and enjoy it. simplicity. Do you experience that transformation now?

Posture plays an important role. Do not hunch forward, pushing yourself to the past, nor bend backward, pushing you to the future but take care to stretch yourself up with exercise, holding an erect posture, tummy tucked in , neck long, head held erect and high.

I am sure you feel good.

It is best to learn from the nature to experience perfectness in everything. Besides it is good to learn from nature to be content. The mere feeling that we have everything makes us feel happy. It is best to remind ourselves often so we are able to enjoy what we possess.

Nature, has the strength to bear all our negative thoughts. She is so patient and has readily adapted herself to everything from storms to destructions by adapting herself. Tell Mother Earth all your worries, tensions and negative thoughts. She will absorb them all and make you feel you have poured out all the toxins and poisons to feel relieved. Mother Earth also teaches us to adapt ourselves and remain strong. I am sure you have learnt so much by her nature and being with her.

I am sure you would inculcate that special time with nature meant for nature alone. You are sure to remind yourself of whatever you experienced, felt and learnt. Your life is sure to be transformed.
