Oh, dear Lord, please let me stay
a little longer, for this I pray.
I do not ask to stay long years
full of pain, heartache and tears.
I only ask for a little longer;
just until my child is stronger.
Let me stay to raise her right,
to raise her strong; to face the night.
So much to teach her, time I need
to watch her grow and succeed.
It's much I ask thee, this I know.
Please let me watch her as she grows.
If I can stay a little longer,
to hold her, teach her, and to love her,
I'll ask thee not for time no longer,
knowing I have left her stronger.

A little longer
Stay with me
Just a little longer
Tell me that you love me
Just a little longer
Tell me that you want me
Just

The time we share the love we make,
me wanting you to stay I can not fake.
What can we do to make this last,
I dont want this

A little longer
Children don't have
In this fast paced
Life
They have to be
On top of education
To develop stamina
And priorities
Oh, dear Lord, please let me stay
a little longer, for this I pray.
I do not ask to stay long years
full of pain, heartache
Love can be so one-sided
but death is final
You kicked me out
all my clothes and vinyl
although you hate me now
My love is saying
