Alternatively you could join online job sites such as getafreelancer and elance and apply for writing jobs. Initially you would have to perhaps accept a low paying job to get positive feedback but when you would establish yourself on these type of sites the earnings could be very good.

Paid to post

There are many sites out there that will pay you for giving your 2 cents if you like. Mylot is one such site where you will not get rich but should be able to earn $10 a month. Destroy debt is a newer site which is currently paying up to 5 cents per post, and 20 cents per blog post; very lucrative for the paid to post world. It is not on its own though as there are other sites which will pay you as much as 20 cents per post. When someone creates a new forum they need people to come forward and fill up the forum with relevant posts. It is rather hard to get people to do this so the forum owners contact a paid posting agency who help them select people to do the posting. If you are one of the lucky ones you can earn as much as 20 cents per post, and perhaps more depending on the forum niche. It is one of the easier ways to earn money.

It is very possible to earn money online and sometimes the hardest thing is separating the scams from the legit opportunities but when you do you will be well on your way to an extra few hundred dollars a month whether it is from selling products, google adsense, freelance writing or paid forum posting.
