How to change your life in 5 easy steps.
Do you ever get fed up with yourself and your existence and wish you were someone else? Someone who is more capable with coping with their life say. Well believe it or not it is possible to become the person you would really like to be and this article is designed to show you how you can do it.
There are just 5 steps and you need to take and you take just one step each day. If you carry out each step exactly as I say you will find yourself getting nearer and nearer to you being what you truly want to be so that you can start having what you really want to have out of your life.
Preparation
Before you go to bed tonight, get yourself the following: an alarm clock, a big pad of paper and a ballpoint pen. Now set your alarm so it wakes you 30 minutes earlier than normal.
Day 1 Step 1.
When the alarm goes get up take your pad, your pen and your alarm clock find a place where you won't be disturbed for at least 30 minutes. Make yourself as comfortable as you can and and set your alarm for 30minutes. (You will need to repeat this daily).
Now Pick up your pad and draw a line down the middle of the page. On the left of the line write down all the things you don't like about yourself. Now take another page draw a line down the centre and this time on the left of the line write down all the things you do like about yourself. When the alarm goes, stop writing and carry on with your normal day.
That's all you need to do to complete step 1.
Day 2 Step 2.
Once you have set your alarm for 30 minutes and made your self comfortable take up your pad, the page where you wrote down all those things you don't like about yourself. Now to the right of the line, write down all the reasons why you don't like them. When the alarm goes, stop writing and carry on with your normal day.
Day 3 Step 3
Once again when you have set your clock and got nice and comfortable take your pad, find the page where you wrote down all the things you do like about yourself and in the right hand column write down the reasons why you like them. When the alarm goes stop and carry on with your day.
Day 4 Step 4
You should be in to the routine now. So when your clock is set take up your pad but this time don't write anything down. Instead go to the page where you wrote out what you don't like about yourself. Now read your notes carefully and as you read think about how you are feeling. Now, go to the page where you wrote out what you do like about yourself. Again read your notes carefully
