April fools is the one day a year anyone can get away with being a total goof and prankster. Jokes should be tasteful, harmless and not cruel. For example, calling up your grandmother and saying "Dad's dead" is not a nice joke. No one will find that amusing, unless you find hurting someone emotionally humorous. Be cautious of people's feelings and have fun!

Here are a few April fool jokes that aren't harmful and will amuse:

Faux Food:
Mix the meals up, make a fruit pizza for dinner and a fake shepherd's pie for dessert. You can find plenty of great fruit pizza recipes online, just try and make it like an actual pizza. When making the shepherd's pie, make sure the pie is in the shape of an actual pie. Try and make it look dessert like. Make your pie "icing" by using potatoes mixed with any food coloring such as pink. Once your creation is done, your family will think the pie has chocolate filling (instead of hamburger) topped with strawberry whipped cream (which is potatoes). Not only will their taste buds be confused, but so will they!

Milk Gone Wrong:
Put a few drops of green food coloring in the family milk container. The food coloring will make it look as if it has soured. For more dramatic effect add some marshmallows, it will look like the milk had curdled.

Not The Right Shoe:
Places cotton or paper into the toes of the victim's shoes. They won't understand how their feet grew so much overnight. Just make sure they aren't running late for work that may make them angry lol!

Potty Pooper:
Mix yellow food coloring and water together. Sprinkle the mixture all over the toilet seat and floor. Or you can always go for the fake poo trick. Smear chocolate pudding all over the seat and watch the s* hit the fan!

Remote Control:
Stand outside the victim's window while they are watching TV. Grab a universal remote control and have fun. You can change the victims channel, sound, adjust the picture etc.

Where's the prank?:
Hint that you are thinking of an April Fool's Day prank. Once you have your victim suspicious do nothing! The fact that they'll be so nervous and watch your ever move will be hilarious.

Uh Oh, Jell-O:
I couldn't help but add another fake poo prank. For those of you who have babies, this one is great. Smear chocolate pudding all around your babies diaper and lower half, try and make it look somewhat believable. Once you are done, run out screaming asking your partner to change the baby. Say there's more in the room you have to clean up! Try not to burst out laughing when you see the horror on their face!
