Day by day
A piece of me dies away
Night by night
I keep up the fight
My will to live
My will to die
Give me death
Or take my life
I am so tired of the fight
I wish I had the right

Another day
Some Joy
Some Pain
Start over again
I don't need to die
I never cry
I never live
I've nothing left to give
I fade toward the light
But darkness is all in sight
A cough, A gasp
Asleep at last
