buy new tires if in doubt. Car drivers ought to do the same thing to avoid blowouts, especially if zooming around at today's higher speedsuggestions. A blowout can send you rolling around without much control except for the screaming. Well, that won't be controlled either. You might get to kiss your butt goodbye.
Highly experienced motorcycle riders know that accidents will always hurt, and for a long time, if survived. It doesn't seem that car drivers have gotten this clue. Imagine having both legs broken and being stuck in a wheel chair for nine or so months. Think about the itch factor underneath those casts, and how much rehab it's going to take before you can crawl around the house, let alone walk. Now ask yourself, is getting there all that important? Maybe you should concentrate on here, because here is where the accidents are always going to occur.
I hate cell phones. You should too. It's worse than being drunk, and it shows. If you meet yourself on the road, get outta there!
Speaking of which, what is so wrong, if you're in what feels like a dangerous situation, to take a side road or off ramp? It's your life and you're driving. Things will look a lot better in a few minutes. Old motorcyclists do this all the time, and that's why we're old.
