SPRING creeps up slowly, then bursts forth in glory,
Nurtures new life and rejuvenates old.
SUMMER is lazy, days hot and hazy,
Heat waves of shimmering, glimmering gold.
AUTUMN falls brightly, vivid and sightly,
Paint spattered leaves slowly drift to the ground.
WINTER brings snowing, icy winds blowing,
Blankets of whiteness spread softly around.
SPRING is life's childhood, a time when the world could
offer a promise of what lies ahead.
SUMMER means teen years, confusion, perhaps fears,
wonder, delusion, anxiety, dread.
AUTUMN is midlife, some joys and some strife,
loving, providing, reaching for goals.
WINTER is quiet time, golden age sublime,
acceptance of death with the merging of souls.

Apollo, how you drive your chariot across the sky
That blazes with the Summer's sun
And nurtures life for all that run

Nature's seasons are four in all,
Summer, Winter, Spring and Fall.
Varied, exciting colorful and real,
nature's seasons
Nature's seasons
Winter, cold, icy, full of snow
Toddy for the body, don't you know
Just a wee bit of Irish Whiskey
To keep

Seasons
The turning leaves float on the breeze
Among the changing colors of the trees
The autumn sky goes on and on
Fallen leaves
