Effects of Poor Management
Most experience a workplace sometime in their career where the reflection of poor management prevents the organization and employees from reaching optimum production Poor management minimizes the level of production for any organization. It does not mean that the unit cannot survive, but will never reach optimum production.
Build Teamwork
When a manager accepts the successes and fails to share the accomplishments he or she minimizes an employees willingness to offer their strengths and weaknesses and help you deal with your own weaknesses. This provides for a willingness to shout your praises How many times have you heard an employee gripe to a confident, where would he/she be without me? The answer should not be nowhere Mastering your ego may find a solution through organization.
Organization
When organization need to keep organizing themselves the group cannot be productive because of wasted time. Poor management does not keep the unit working and others who think production is occurring may not actually realize the amount of missed work from wasted time. Poor organization also keeps employees working at the office beyond the day or extra days. This has an impact on the lives of employees outside the workplace. Well-rounded employees offer an energized employee and organization allows employees to spread the news of your business with their lives
Optimizing employees
identity of organization as the identity of the individual. Many times employees must answer the question what do you do. Poor management does not provide for a life for their employees to answer this question. Good management allows your employees to be your word of mouth advertising, but poor management keeps these individuals on the job. You need employees with a life and you cannot just say get a life if you do not provide the time off to accomplish the task. To enable this task requires management to be fully able to communicate the goals and objectives so disorganization does not occur.
Communication
Management that can explain to employees where the company is starting and going, customer base target, present and future, offers company employees that can work alone or in productive meetings or with limited communication online. If timelines, goals, and objectives fall within every employee's knowledge base, no time is wasted and meetings to get everyone on task. If the company understands who their customers are, the employees have the means to design promotion products to this population. If management cannot illustrate the target customer, base the employees design materials that turn off the customer base or fails to grab the attention of target population.
Poor management affects all aspects of a company's business. If management is not on top, they experience decreased profits, wasted time and employees that do not take the business out to their lives.
