Not only teenagers color their hair but young adults, and the old do too. One reason being to express themselves as stated. Secondly hair is colored by the stage that someone is going through. Some people color their hair because they may be going through changes that cause them to want to do something differently and appear differently to the world or whoever that may be around them.
Hair coloring expresses feelings. Hair coloring also expresses aging, a simple fact if you are getting old and you don't want your gray to show then you would go with black. Black also will be considered for a young adult if they hair are already colored and if they want to look for a job or employment then they will consider black to have a professional academic look. Some other colors are red, to me its considered a wild type of person.
Red expresses the person as being a down to earth and a fun wild person to hang around thats not scared to explore the world. Hair coloring are also used by people who don't like they natural hair color. Young teenagers color their hair for style. Teenager's want to be up to date on all the latest style and they don't want to feel left out of course. I color my hair when I go through certain stages in life. If I'm a happy camper I mainly rather for my hair to be just my regular hair color. If I am sad I do color my hair. Coloring my hair makes me forget the pass quicker.
It makes me feel like I am a different person than I was yesterday. I be knowing I am the same but I am not going through the same thing on that day because it's a new and different me since I colored my hair. Coloring my hair makes me feel better especially when I'm going through something personally. I do it to move on. I have had color in my hair in the past when I was a teenager and also as a young adult which I am now. I wouldn't do it to be seen but to express myself and feelings and the things I'm going through and where I have been in life. Hair coloring is not really something to study but if you can relate to a person who colors their hair we might learn something as we age. Hair coloring also appear to be exciting until its almost like a project or experiment.
Teenagers are always just wanting to try stuff out to see how it looks and some do it just to say I had that done before.Teenagers color their hair because some of them have been hurt or want to change and do something different and when that happen they mess with the hair, whether its cutting or coloring.
