Here are some stories about people who asked for technical support and got a bad supporter and also people who are suport technicians athat they got very nbad people.
The first one is when a costumer emails Godaddy to ask to upgrade the Wordpress version. The Godaddy guy says that he will need to access the account to do it manually, the costumer says yes, then the costumer sees in his control panbel that he has a new version.. However as son as he logs to huis wordpress he sees the messages saying that he is using an old version. The Godaddy guy did nothing of what he was told to do... He mails the people back and gets no answer, the ticket is... well out of business by now... Too bad godaddy... Even cheats on his costumers.
Another story is about a man that feels his laptop is just too hot for him tro work so de decides to drill some holes on it to cool the thing down. The computer stops working, just like if it was a miracle and when he calls the support people they ask what happened, the man tells them and they just laugh out hard!
Another story is about an old lady that shot her computer dead with a shotgun, yes a real one shotgun with 12 gauge shells. When she calls the support and says she could not stand to her computer anymore and asks someone to go over to her house, the people comment to each other, will, I don't think that anybody will go there, yeah me neither.
Another story is about someone who was installing something over the DOS.l. He had to type install msdos and then to press enter. He was telling the support man all the time that the thing was not working. The costumer support asks him exactly which keys he was pressing and the man says, well the M key is damaged so I am using the N key instead.
Someone says that he cannot install the MS Word on his computer. the support man says what he is doing and what version of Word he is trying to install. The man says something stupid and in the end says that he have not even bought Word yet....
The last story is about a woman that cannot print. She calls the costumer support and says that the computer does not print. The support man tells the lady to try to install and configure the printer again. The lady does it but it still does not work. The support man asks what the lady what she is doing and what kind of error it gives to the screen. The lady says that the computer is telling that he cannot see the printer. She says she already turned the screen to the printer but he still can't see it!
What a people!
