Poetry: I'll never

by Jessica Herd

Created on: March 24, 2009

I'll never smile so hard

As those days I'm with my love.

Sweet things he'll say

Or just looking at him,

I'll never smile so hard.

I'll never laugh so hard.

As when my love is funny.

Dumb things on purpose

Or by accident,

I'll never laugh so hard.

I'll never love so hard

As long as we're together.

Amazing bliss,

Can't comprehend us.

I'll never love so hard.

I'll never cry so hard

As we make love or he holds me;

So overwhelmed by him,

So taken by our greatness,

i'll never cry so hard.

I'll never hug so tight

Or sing so lovely.

I'll never kiss so deep,

I'll never care so much.

It'll never be the same

As when I meet my love.
