Diets only work for people that have something to prove. I say do not diet, through my own experience. I have learned that if you intake more water and sleep throughout your day or take the time out to catch those cat naps and eight glasses of water you will definitely see the difference right there! A diet to me is eating three small meals a day on a saucer plate with one pick of a fruit or vegetable as a snack.
Many people do not realize that weight gains has a lot to do with your lifestyle! If you drink caffeine or alcohol then there goes the carbs! Bad carbs lead to weight gain, good carbs like fruits keeps the weight study. Plenty of cardio exercise just twenty to thirty minutes a day three times a week and you will see the difference. Start (cutting back) on things you know will ruin what you work hard for and this is to lose unnecessary weight. A lot of people also do not realize it takes discipline and wanting to see a change in yourself even thought it's not going to happen overnight be persistent about what you want to look like and becoming healthy!
Staying active and off the couch watching Jerry Springer! Could do some justice as well. And if your pregnant, fruit juices and Florida orange juice is good. After the pregnancy start your exercise routine right away and eat light small portions of food high in fiber to maintain muscle tone and good digestive system, calcium to avoid osteoporosis, and a lot of fresh air and sunlight out doors because the sun give vitamin D too.
Clean out your colon at least one to two times a month because this were most trapped germs, parasites, fat, and waste build up that helps pack on the pounds! If you keep your colon clean you would be surprised on how much weight will drop off your body and then continue the exercise routine trust me you will feel better, have more energy, and look fabulous, just try it take from me.
Last but not least make sure your good cholesterol is up and bad cholesterol is down because mostly this is were your adrenaline comes from. Get daily physicals to make sure you don't have stationary blood clots (thrombosis) or (embolism) because high blood pressure is not the only silent killer blood clots located in the extremities can kill you.
Mostly lack of exercise for the blood to flow throughtout the body can also cause clots. Staying healthy is far more important than dieting!
