Habitual Drunkenness for One Year

If your spouse abuses alcohol for a full year, you are able to dissolve the marriage legally in the state of Arkansas. Drunkenness causes a great deal of problems in marriages where it exists. It often leads to abuse and neglect. If your husband/wife has not sought help for his/her problem, seeking a divorce may be the only action you have available.

Abuse Which Endangers the Life of a Spouse
