Poetry: The moon

MoonFace

Silver Glow in the Night Sky
A Veil of Midnight Lace
Draped Across your Cheek
Cannot hide your Pale MoonFace
Full of Awe and Wonder
Weathered by Time and Grace

Neither Cover of the Night
Nor Silver Streaks Can Hide
Potent Magnetic powers
Of Your Magical Mystical Side
Or the Influence you Have
On the Flowing of the Tide

Like a Familiar Faithful Friend
From Times of Future Past
Your Constant Reappearance
Assures Me You will Last
A Reliable Remaining Reminder
With which to Hold on Fast
