Poetry: Hate

by Jacqueline Bartelmo

Created on: March 22, 2009

I wish I hated you

blood flows like rivers through these veins
a cut made from desperation
will let these waters flow from their restraints
I hope to god these banks dry up soon
I never saw this coming
Friendship is only skin deep
I can only hope that killing my heart is worth it.
