Most of you have seen it in the movies or television, some have read about it, and others have heard about it like some urban legend. People always mention the indescribable feelings that take over them. The butterflies in the stomach, the pounding heart beat when your beloved is near, and the weakness of the knees reactions. Some people get so over powered by emotions that there are no words that can express what they have found. Everyone has not had the joyful experiences of finding a soul mate. For some they do not search because they feel like soul mates are just about as real as cupid with his match making arrows.

For all those doubtful, faithless and hopeless people there is good news. Soul mates exist, and for those that have found it like myself, we can reassure unbelievers. Meeting your soul mate is unique to each person. All who have found their soul mates can agree about one emotion. The feeling that you want to hold on to forever because you have found the one. Much like any other story told fate, destiny, or pure good luck the tales of finding a soul mate never end. Why? It happens all the time. It all started when God woke Adam from his sleep and introduced him to Eve. He looked into her eyes with pure joy and expressed that she was the missing part of him. Adam knew he had his soul mate, and she was the one he wanted to be with for all eternity. Much like Adam, God has given all of us the gift of a soul mate. (Granted they may not be from our ribs and we will not wake up from a nap and they are in front of our face; but they are out there.)

I believe in soul mates. I believe that there is someone for everyone. God made Eve for Adam so I know that he has made someone for everyone. Along time ago I had lost faith in true love, but than I meant my husband. He is my soul mate. He is a part of me that I had looked for and found. When I wake in the morning I know that God sent him to me. He is my "Adam". If soul mates never existed, if it were all a lie people would not go through so much to find the one. A love so deep, so pure that when you are together the world is just yours.

A soul mate is what love is. Finding the right person, finding the missing piece of you gives a full since of living. I for one thank God for making my soul mate. For giving the one person who gets me, who accepts me, who wants, and needs to spend every breathe of his life with me. A soul mate is much more than just a love. A soul mate can also give you what no one else can. They complete you, they compliment you, and they make everyday better. Anyone can go find love, but not everyone can find their soul mate. And Finding a soul mate is not as complicated as you think it maybe. We can not all be as lucky as Adam and wake up to the missing part of us. It takes time and effort to find that one. Yes everyone has a soul mate, but not everyone can find the person that they are meant to be with. And for those out there like me who have came across their missing half, They know that finding their soul mate was one of the greatest moments of life. However to those who still are looking out there, do not give up. Your soul mate is probably searching for you too. There is hope , trust me! There is someone out there for you. When they come along and you catch that feeling hold on to it and never let go. Then write about how you believe in soul mates!
