A first date need not break the bank to be pleasant, memorable, and romantic. In fact, many very romantic ideas do not cost a cent. A moonlit walk along the beach is something that is absolutely free. It is a great way to put your new love into a romantic mood. Since it is a first date we are talking about, much fancy planning is not really in order. You want to get yourself in a situation where you can stare into your loved one's eyes and learn more about who they truly are. A noisy and active environment is hardly the place to do this.
If you are on the cultured side of things, an art opening might be a great idea. You can impress your new love by your philanthropic interests and set a good first impression in place. Art openings are generally free and some even add the bonus of complimentary wine and refreshments. Your date will definitely be in the mood for love once he or she sees that they are out for a night on the town with a worldly and wise individual.
And, what could be more romantic than a picnic in the park. This is a very inexpensive activity to take part in. You could even bring along a bag of bread crumbs to feed the ducks in the park pond with. Nothing is more fun than to feast your eyes on cute and cuddly animals. In addition, some parks offer free petting zoos. You could take a stroll through the park and have a really amazing time.
If you want to take your date someplace that is really lively and exciting, a drumming circle at a park might be just the thing for you. This surely would not bore them and it costs absolutely nothing.
Then there are a variety of dates at home which are quite wonderful. Preparing a home cooked meal for your date is relatively inexpensive, especially if you are creative in the kitchen and whip something fancy up with the ingredients you have on hand. You can even toss in a wonderfully romantic movie in on the DVD player from your very own collection. This will also give you the chance to know that the movie you select to watch will definitely be a good one.
Another good date is to take your love to an outdoor music festival. This is more free entertainment and there are sure to be many sights and sounds which will lend themselves towards having the time of your life.
Tons of cash is not at all needed for a remarkable date. After all, aren't you enough of a big deal? Who needs a fancy restaurant and pricey opera tickets to impress. You have your own good looks, sparkling personality, and exceptional manners which are absolutely marvelous for your new love to be around.
