"God" a three letter word, but a very powerful term for mankind.

We usually forget that all those attributes that we see in Him were given by us.

In the process of discovering the power of our mind we felt fear of everything that physically was bigger than us. We start taking cover under their shadows, looking for protection. The concept of god was created. We felt good believing that an all powerful being was looking after us.

The more we mastered the use of our minds, the more we cling to those that were above us. We believe that all our advancements in conquering the use of our minds, were given by Them to protect us from the unknown.

We got to a point of sophistication in our relations with those divine beings, that the believe that we existed only to honor them was born. To avoid chaos in those relations, we created rules that had to be followed to please and appease them. Take The Ten Commandments for example.

"You shall have no other gods before me." We have to remember that in those times numbers were very important, the more you were in the tribe, the more production and power.

"You shall not make for yourself any carved image..." Keeping you focused in the god of your tribe was essential.

"You shall not take the name of the Lord, your god in vane..." This was another reason to stay.

"Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy..." When they follow the rules, they will be among us all their lives.

"Honor your father and your mother..." Honor and love are a very strong tie.

"You shall not murder." Do not kill people from your community, if you do, you will make them weak. People from other communities, do as you please.

"You shall not commit adultery." With women from other communities, you will make them strong.

"You shall not steal." From your community...

"You shall not covet your neighbor's house..." You will create dissections among them.

Those are some of the rules given to us to keep us together in one belief, and under one ruler.

We decided to belief in the good side of god, whatever his name is.

We usually overlook the dark side of him. We have been force to commit crimes against humanity in his name.

The concept of good and evil came along with his creation.

We found a way to excused our atrocities when it was his will.

All we are nowadays is a consequence of our belief in this fantasy creature. There is no purpose in believing in something that has made as behave worse than predators.

Let us revaluate our believes in god, Take a second look to history, and go back were we suppose to be, as part of the universe we live in.
