How staring at a computer all day can affect your eyes

Your eyes are the most important and sensible sense in your body, if you lose them, there will be not too much left for you in this world.

If you take care of them however, you can be sure you will be able to do many more things with them than you could ever imagine specially on the computer. You must rest every hour for about 15 minutes every interval. You eyes will get too much stressed when you expose them to the same scenario over a long period of hours. this is because their muscles, because the eyes has muscles too, will become stressed of being always in the very same position without changing a thing. You will need to know that you should always come outside for a few minutes every hour so you can rest your eyes and make them return to the normal which is not looking at the computer. With the increasing demand of people working on computers, you know more and more people will have eyes disease very soon you know.

Your eyes use as much as 25% of all your body energy, the other 25% goes for the brain. If you consider the weight of such organs you can have an idea of how much that is! Your eyes are really information processors but also great energy users...

The first thing you will notice when you use your eyes too much for the computer is a lot of eye soreness. Your eyes will start to hurt you too much like someone was sticking his fingers on them and you will have to stop using them for some time. Don't continue to work if your eyes are hurting, never do that or you can damage them even more!

The next thing you need to know is that you should always use some glasses to reduce the strength you eyes will have to do in order to make you see what the screen shows. This is because the lenses will make a clear image for you and will reduce the tension in your eyes muscles. that's why the glasses were invented right?

Now let me tell you one thing. How many times you ever stopped working today. Money is great but if you do not have enough health to enjoy it, how good is to have all the money in the world? Let me tell you another thing, what if you could no longer uses your eyes anymore how would you feel? That's what I am talking about...

Always check up with your eye doctor at least every year to see if you need to change lenses or if you need to wear a new model of glasses. It's no use to have the same glasses and lenses all the time because the effectiviness is reduced.
