The fluffy clouds stretch endlessly
Like a snowy landscape
As far as the eye can see
A flash of silver

As fellow travelers
Pass below us
Blue above and white below
As close to heaven as humanly possible

Between the universe
And the Earth beneath
A second of grandeur
In a life mundane
All too soon we will
Be landing amid chaos
That peaceful moment forgotten
As we resume life.
