Recipes: Amazing chicken wings

I love hot foods, and my favorite is my flaming hot chicken wings. I could never buy hot wings that were hot enough for me so I decided one day to make my own. I tried many different variations of seasonings and sauces and then I came up with one so hot that my friends all call them "wings of fire."

If you can't handle hot foods then you wouldn't want to try these. they are extremely hot but are very easy to make.

First the items you need:

1 bottle Louisiana hot sauce,

1 bottle tobasco sauce,

1 bottle haberno pepper sauce,

1 bottle of mogolian fire oil, and of course your chicken wings.

This will make enough sauce for you to make as many as you want and to put some in a bottle if you want some on the side.

Mix together:

1 bottle Louisiana hot sauce

1 bottle tobasco sauce

1 bottle haberno pepper sauce

1 Tablespoon cheyene pepper

Pour them all in a bowl or pan and whisk together for about a minute or two. Put your wings in the mix to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Take the Mongolian fire oil and put about a quarter inch in the bottom of a frying pan and get it hot. Take the wings out of the sauce and brown in the fire oil.

If you don't want them quite that hot you can brown them in butter instead of the Mongolian fire oil. (but only if your afraid to try it hot).

Put them on a cookie sheet and take the oil out of the pan and add it to the sauce, baste the sauce over the wings one more time and put them in a preheated oven at about 400 degrees.

Cook for about 20 minutes and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or use some of the sauce you put to the side.

These wings are good as appetizers or as a side dish, my family truly loves them, even though some of them can't handle the heat. I gaurantee these wings will feel like fire in your mouth but they are so good they are addicting.
