Time streaming forward
Nothing makes sense
Asking the questions
Getting no answers
Shoulders are tense
My head is hurting
My temper is frayed
I feel so dense
Numbers are blurring
And I have to pay
All an expense
Argh!

Pay all my bills
Day in, Day out
Work so hard to stay above the hills
Gas cost an arm
The days are long but,not long enough.
We work so hard,still things are tough.
We house and cloth our children with love and

I can't believe a million was spent to redecorate the White House; So many look
Here, the taxman cometh,
With a hand to feed,
Outstretched in greed
As he bares his crocodile teeth.
