How to handle an improper advance from your boss

Some time ago, I used to work in a grocery store. It was a menial job as a deli clerk. It was a decent job for someone in their early 20's and it got the bills paid. I don't know if this is true of all grocery stores, but I found that there were some very interesting characters that worked at my store, which made the job a lot more enjoyable to go to. I worked there for 5 years.

The deli manager there was a very attractive woman about 5 years older than myself. She was about 5'2" and maybe 100 pounds when soaking wet. She had beautiful blonde hair and deep blue eyes. She was a bit light in the chest area, but that was in line with her thin frame and she had the cutest little rear end. She was a very attractive woman and she garnered a lot of attention from the male employees, delivery men, and salesmen throughout the store.

Of course I noticed her attractiveness right off, but put it right on the back burner because one, she was married, and two, she was my boss. Those are two areas I do not go. Too many headaches can be had by getting romantically involved in those arenas, so I never thought much about her in any other way than that she was my boss.

A couple of years into my job there, I began to notice a change in her attitude towards me. She began making small compliments about my looks. Many times when she passed by me, she would "accidentally" rub up against me. As time went on she became less subtle about her intentions, like one time after her bumping into me with her rear end she turned around and said, "You like that ass?" So what route to take there? Do you agree? That could send a green light you don't want. Do you say no? That could be insulting and she could make your job hell. I took the middle route and complimented her derriere but also reminded her that it was a married behind and off limits. To that I got a wink and a "Maybe".

One night, we stayed after closing to fill some party tray orders. She got quite flirty with me. Still taking the midle road, I played along some, but tried to keep it clean. After we were done, she asked me if I wanted to go out for some drinks. I made some excuse that I already had plans, but she didn't seem to want to hear any of that and she really laid it out there that she thought I was very attractive and wanted to jump my bones. As a guy, it is nice to hear that, but, I had to stand my ground and explained that while I enjoyed the idea, I could not do that because she was married and my boss. She was not happy.
