Are European women more stylish?

European, American, Asian, African and other women around the world all have their own unique sense of beauty and style. Pick out any random people off the street, show them pictures of women from all over the world, and very likely, they will be able to find a woman they consider attractive from each country or region. One factor that could turn off certain people while turning on others, though, is the way they are dressed. Take one woman and dress her in two outfits: one that is "flattering" on her and one that does not look as good on her. Most likely, more will agree that she does not look as attractive in the latter outfit as she does in the more flattering one. This could have a lot to do with why some may come to the conclusion that European women are simply more beautiful than other women around the world. The idea that European women are just naturally more beautiful is ridiculous. It is not really the looks they are born with, but the classy and feminine way they DRESS.

To use an example, compare American women with European women. Though this is not always true, American women usually tend to have a more laid-back sense of style, sometimes sporting just a T-shirt and sweatpants- mostly dressing for comfort. On the other hand, European women usually dress to look stylish and presentable. Some photos of European women will portray a woman wearing a flattering dress, high heels, shiny and/or dangling jewelry, and maybe sunglasses. As is said for people who are going to a job interview, presentation is key. Various judgements could be made about people by what they are wearing alone. Go back to the example of a woman clad in sweats and a tee. People could take her as being lazy and boring simply because of the way she is dressed. The elegantly-dressed European woman, however, could be taken as exciting, adventurous, and fun as a result of how she is presenting herself. It goes to show that looks can be very important indeed, both in facial and bodily features and by what the person is adorned in.

How one dresses, styles her hair, etc. can determine the type of person she is seen as and how attractive she is looks-wise. A classy and feminine European woman could naturally be seen as more appealing than a more laid back-dressed American woman. Again, it has nothing to do with the looks they are BORN with, but how they are presenting themselves through the fashion and style that their culture teaches them and what they see around them. Take American magazines, for example. The covers feature women adorned in nice outfits and glamorous jewelry, but go to an American college and more times than not, one will probably find about half or so of women wearing more comfortable than stylish clothing. Of course, it is very possible to mix together both comfort and style, but usually Americans do not bother as much as Europeans to go for a more classier, dressier, and even daring look. Some European women will even sport a very flashy and glittery shirt, boots, and lots of jewelry. This could be seen as "over-doing it" in American culture, but it really can be pulled off quite nicely and can look very appealing, too, if done right. By pulling off the glamorous and almost "runway" look, the European woman could be seen as very stylish and presentable, not necessarily a woman who is more naturally beautiful than other women around the world.
