Established 1791, the French Market is the oldest consistently operated public market. Kids can try on Mardi Gras masks and collect a handful colorful beads to bring along for the stroll.

Located in the heart of French Quarter, Jackson Square is a great place for entertainment. The square is bustling with an array of street performers, musicians, jugglers, clowns, and its famous "living statues" performers.
