The secret to feeling and looking great naturally is all in the mind. If you do not feel old, no matter how old you are, looking and feeling great naturally will come easily. There are also other things to take into consideration, like the food that we eat, creams that we use, the natural climate of the area that we live in and our daily well- being and stress levels.

The first step in looking and feeling great naturally is looking at your diet. Diet plays a major part in how we feel on the outside. Our body has to get rid of excess waste products, and if we are not eating the right foods, and getting enough roughage from our diets then it will show on our outer appearances, like our face and body. The skin will look old, aged and lifeless, therefore stop smoking and try eating green leafy vegetables, fruits and wholegrain cereals and breads which aid in removing waste products from the body. After eating foods high in roughage, the body will feel more light, energetic and naturally vibrant. The digestion will also improve and the bloated, constipated feeling of the stomach will disappear. A balanced diet also needs to be followed. Try drinking up to eight glasses of water a day, and try to avoid too much of junk food, like foods fried in oil, and also try limiting diary products. Junk foods can make the body feel slow and also causes and aggravates many skin conditions like acme.

In order to look and feel great naturally the skin needs to be taken care of. Certain climates aggravate dry skin conditions which leads to the person looking dull, and unattractive. The secret to great skin is following a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, following a good skin care regime and also using a good moisturiser. The skin should be rubbed with a rough surface whilst taking bath daily. The rough surface removes dead skin cells from the outer layer of the skin. These can be found in any health or beauty store.

Exercise and movement plays an important part in looking and feeling great. Remember that light to moderate exercise three to four times a week helps to keep motivation levels up and also makes a person look and feel great. The body also feels more energetic from the movement. This could be any kind of exercise like cycling, skipping or walking.

The most important part of looking and feeling great naturally is having a positive outlook in life. This involves just trying to be positive about life in general and cheerful. Cultivating a positive outlook early in life makes a person more self confident. People must also take pride in themselves and dress properly in order to look and feel great.
