Wo nder Works is a museum with lots of educational and hands-on exhibits for children. Open Wednesday through Saturday from 10-5, and Sundays from 12-5. Admission is $5.00 per person.
Lincoln Park Zoo

The Lincoln Park Zoo has a sea lion pool, a bear habitat, a swan pond and much more! It also has a petting zoo where your child can feed a cow or pet a bunny. Don't forget to stop at one of the two gift shops on your way out. Open daily from 9-6; seasonal hours vary. Free.
Shedd Aquarium

At Shedd Aquarium, you can watch as divers hand-feed the sharks in the Caribbean Reef, take a tour of the animal hospital or watch a pet training presentation. Open September through May, 9-5 on weekdays, 9-6 on weekends. Seasonal hours vary. Admission is $17.95 for Adults, $13.95 for Seniors and Children.

Named after Ulysses S. Grant, Grant Park is one of Chicago's most beloved public parks. This park has numerous walking trails, pet friendly areas, skate parks, tennis courts and baseball fields. This park is also the site of the Art Institute, Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum of Natural History. Free.

Sea rs Tower is known as the tallest building in North America, measuring an astonishing 1,450 feet high! Take a ride up to the top of the tower and enjoy the view. Opens daily at 10:00 AM, including holidays. Skydeck Admission is $12.95 for Adults, $9.50 for Children (3-12) and free for Children under 3.
