"Yesterday"
The sun shines into my room.
I lay awake....
Thinking....
Remembering....
I hear the roar of the waves
Breaking against the rocks
I feel the cool spray of the salt water
Upon my face.
That was yesterday.
Now I must hurry....
I am late for work!

Farewell To Yesterday
Say farewell to yesterday
And hello to the future
My broken heart is the debt to pay
That can't be fixed
by Sharon Fulps
Farewell my friends to yesterday
of promises made and broken
Dreams for today to start anew
leaving yesterday a lesson taken
Why waste a thought, on yesterday...?
Why waste a thought
on yesterday
Unless it's to remember
some precious thing
some memory
by Carey Emery
Free Yesterday
Yesterday longs to leave you, at the start of each new day
Same old broken promise, tomorrow forever on
A Dream
Wilted dreams have passed away
For our tommorrows were yesterday
In a world of reality
Our dreams turned into a fantasy
Morning
