America

Blessed are they that walk this land

of milk and honey graced by his hand

Down through the ages of history's door

granted serenity and peace on its shore

Gods' majestic beauty lies upon this ground

it was well chosen when pilgrims had found

opportunity, green pastures upon its shores

the land had abundance and so much more

Our land had been chosen quite easy to see

for freedoms sake and truth set us free

Saving us from bondage, starvation abroad

abundance abounds, its God we applaud

For truth lies in measure, balance and gain

no other country can boast the same

We've shared our freedom, ideals from above

and gave of our country brotherhood and love

We need to give credit where credit is due

it lies with the majority not with the few

For we are all Gods people though some may not see

it's through Gods grace they are left to be free

to contemplate truths given from on high

without having to win Gods battle cry!
