Breastfeeding is the best thing you that can offer to your baby. Breastfeeding is best and benefits both mum and baby. It can provide the best possible start to a baby while creates special bond between baby and his mother.

In term of nutrition, breast milk contains so much goodness that no other milk could be exactly like it. Its health value is without doubt beyond comparison with any other ordinary scheme milk.

Every mother should be proud to breastfeed her baby. The benefits are great for baby and the rewards are also enormous for mum.

For a starters, by breastfeeding it helps mother to loose weight, thus getting back in shape could be obtained in a fastest possible time. It also makes the uterus to return to its normal size faster.

All of these benefits are much to be thanked for some kind of hormone named oxytocin which released during breastfeeding process. Oxytocin also makes you feel emotionally satisfied. It promotes nurturing and loving feeling in you. This hormone encourages uterine contractions. In a simple terms, breastfeeding actually helps mother to be fit again for the next sexual encounter (of course it take some time) to be resumed.

Other than that, by breastfeeding you could delay the return of your menstrual cycle. This of course not only helps you to reduce unnecessary blood loss, but also acts as a natural contraception act. Its mean, another pregnancies could be delayed naturally. Those are some benefits mum could get, but its list of benefits not stops there.

Breastfeeding could help to lower the risk of developing some kind of cancers. This includes breast cancer which develop before menopause, ovarian cancer, and endometrial cancer. For the uninitiated, endometrial is some other female organ located near uterus and vagina.

With breastfeeding, the good hormone released creates an overall health protection. You should know that by breastfeeding also it helps to reduce the risk of osteoporosis (weak bone) in the old age.

Other than those physical benefits, breastfeeding actually gives some psychological advantages to mother and baby. The close proximity encounter enables mother and her baby to interact in some intimate way. It is understandably resulting in a closer and unique bonding no other bond could match. For the baby, it gives a feeling and sense of security from the warmth and presence of his mother.

The action of sucking actually promotes better jaw and dental development in your child. It is the best possible foundation
