The one flaw in my life
which brings down the best in me from time to time
I can't get over this feeling which he brings
when he out does me in everything
why try when there is no lie
that the best is always the better and I should stand my ground
Sorry for the way I've been, I just can't get over him
How he talks to you troubles me
as much as the sun shines on top of me
Cease the day when we're all ok to say I love you like everyday
Sincerely my dearest,
Daijana

Poetry: Lost love
by Olu Burrell
I think about you when I'm looking ahead
And also in moments of reminiscence
But do me a favor and don't ask me
To tell you
The man in the jacket, walking through snow,
His faithful friend, always in tow,
Forever smiling, happy look on his face,
Whatever
So there we were
Looking up at the sky,
Together.
Truly thought
That you and I
Could storm
Any kind of weather.
I still
Do not wait for me with bated breath,
because my heart dances to and fro.
Its chambers are hollowed and empty
it longs for
As a bird perched on the edge of its nest
eyes searching the unknown world outside
strengthening its wings, yearning to fly
